Support and bug reports

Report a bug with the site or extension

The fastest way to get a useful fix is to send a reproducible report with the page URL, the user agent you saw, the expected behavior, and the actual result.

Include these details

  • The exact page URL where the problem happened.
  • The raw user agent you saw on the checker page.
  • Clear steps to reproduce the issue from a fresh page load.
  • Expected behavior and actual behavior.
  • A screenshot, screen recording, or console error if available.

Useful extra context

  • Whether the issue happens only with the extension enabled.
  • Whether it reproduces in incognito or a clean profile.
  • Whether a specific generated or pasted user agent triggers the bug.
  • Whether the issue is visual, functional, or data-related.

Suggested report flow

  1. Open Check My User Agent and copy the current value.
  2. Note the exact page where the issue happened.
  3. Write the shortest reliable reproduction steps you can.
  4. Send everything to support@randomuseragents.com.

Bug in the parser?

Include the raw string you pasted and what part of the output looks wrong. A mismatched browser or OS label is easiest to fix with the exact source string.

Bug in the extension flow?

Say whether the string changed in the checker page, and whether the target site still behaved differently than expected.

UI or layout issue?

Include a screenshot and viewport information if possible, especially when the problem only happens on mobile or tablet layouts.
